However, because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download, we generally offer no refunds. Ghx Store WILL NOT refund, return, or exchange our product. Once you have been provided a download, login, and password, that item is considered delivered and cannot be reversed due to its nature. Refund requests made after you have downloaded our product are handled on a case-by-case basis and are issued at our sole discretion. Refund requests, if any, must be made within thirty (30) days of your original purchase. If you are canceled, revoked, removed, or banned from our product(s), platform, and/or services provided, you revoke your access to receive a refund. Under no circumstances do we allow improper uses outlined by the "Proper/Allowed Uses of Products" term of these Terms and Agreements.
